Battling for the eyeballs and attention of employees, even with helpful information, is hard - they receive tons of emails and literature from all of their benefits providers. We had to find a way to provide compelling content that provides therapeutic value by educating, informing and directing patients to the help they need.

We wanted the content to show Big Health’s commitment to helping millions improve their mental health and avoid a ‘hard sell.’ So our approach was to build the base-level understanding of mental health and touch upon areas that would appeal to specific audiences.

The campaigns would often use a pipeline that included emails, home-delivered printed flyers and webinars.
